Roses & ribbon cake plate

This pretty cake plate is painted white and is embellished with roses and ribbon decoupage. the inside of the top is in the original condition (unpainted). it is stainless steel. the plate is a clear cut glass and is footed. it has a rose knob for the handle. the plate measures 12 1/2″ in diameter and the top is 10 1/2″ in diameter inside. this is a refurbished vintage item. it has been sealed with 3 coats of 3x thickness sealer. to clean, wipe with a damp cloth. vintage/refubished/handmade/one of a kind.
